Colloidal hydrogels

Kemagel®

Sterile amorphous colloidal hydrogel with a composition consisting of colloidal particles, 90% water and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, which supports the rapid healing of the skin by creating an optimal moist environment.

Can be used on a dry or wet wound:

• In the case of a dry wound, it turns the dry environment of the wound into liquid and promotes the dissolution - detachment of the necrotic tissue.
• In the event of a wet wound, the hydrocolloid particles of Kemagel are activated and absorb the liquid secretion from the wound and restore the moisture balance in the wound.

In case of burn, apply two to six times a day. If necessary, cover the wound with a sterile dressing with daily changes.
