Trade Policy

Cureplast is an import company active in the health sector. In particular, it develops a commercial activity with the promotion of medical technology products in medical and orthopedic stores and in home care companies. It mainly focuses on products for patients who are at home and need support in order to improve everyday life.

The sales of the products are carried out according to the official price list of Cureplast, which also includes the discount policy. The above price list is valid for one calendar year and Cureplast reserves the right to change the prices contained therein without notice.

The delivery of the products takes place at the headquarters of each customer at the expense of Cureplast.

Delivery times

For customers within Attica, the delivery time is set at 24 hours and for customers outside Attica, the corresponding time is set at 24 – 48 hours. These delivery times are indicative and do not bind Cureplast. Also, the above delivery times do not apply in cases of force majeure and in cases of delay in the delivery of the respective products by Cureplast's suppliers.

Credit Policy

The documentary invoices and shipping slips are paid by cash on delivery upon delivery of the goods or by depositing a sum of money into the bank account of Cureplast, if it is an amount over of €500.00 during the preference selection process.

For any variation of the above provisions of the method of payment of the consignment note invoices, there should be an express and written agreement of Cureplast to this effect.
